From childhood, a legacy of treasured, time-tested recipes passed down to Alex by his Auntie, Mrs. Cecilia del Rosario Pacumio. With his knowledge, Alex was able to forge a unique heritage and style enjoyed by the most cultured clientele. Since then, Engr. Alex del Rosario became a member of the Food Caterer Association of the Philippines and has served as President for 4 years and Chairman for 2 years in the organization. Juan Carlo The Caterer has been accredited to several prestigious venues in Manila and the suburbs and was hailed as the celebrity caterer for being the consistent choice of the créme de la créme of society - the biggest celebrities, politicians, and socialities all over the Philippines. Through sheer and hard work, unrelenting passion, and a dedicated loyal team, Juan Carlo has been propelled to phenomenal success with Filipino clientele here and abroad.
