About This Vendor

Jardin De La Vida was once a family owned rest house which the owners used during holidays and special dates to bond and spend time with their families. In 1998, it was opened to the public to cater to weddings, reunions, birthdays, company parties and other occasions.

Venue Rental Rates

Whole Venue Rental

Price: ₱ 45,000

Swimming Pool / Pool side: Can accommodate 100 persons on a round table sitting
Pavilion : Can accommodate 150 persons on a round table sitting
Lawn Area: Can accommodate 600 persons on a round table sitting
House: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, living room and a kitchen

For a portion of the place only

A group of 150 persons

₱ 15,000 day time rate
₱ 17,000 night time rate
*Additional ₱ 5,000 for every additional 50 persons

Corkage Fees

Catering - ₱ 1,500
Sounds & Lights - ₱ 1,500

Reservation Period

Renter will be given:

3 hours preparation time
4 hours program time
1 hour clean-up time

In case the renter should see the need to extend time reservation, an addition of 1,000 PHP for every hour will be charged.

Reservation Fee

The SAID reservation fee will be forfeited upon cancellation of reservation. The deposit will also serve as an insurance in case of breakage of properties of JARDIN DE LA VIDA.

Change of Date

Should the reservation date be changed after one week of signing the contract, there will be a fine amounting to 50% of the original reservation fee, except for Force majeure.
