About This Vendor
An iconic landmark on the Tagaytay horizon, Josephine's Restaurant is well-known to visitors to the area for their local cuisine. Originally started in in Kawit, Cavite in 1966, the owners Alfonso Sarayba, Sr. and his wife Josephine soon opened other branches, including the one in Tagaytay in 1995. This branch soon became popular for wedding receptions, considering Tagaytay's breath-taking scenery of the Taal volcano, the cool climate and clean fresh air, and the view of the hills that stretch to the horizon. Their Main Dining area can seat 250 guests, the Palm Royale can take another 250, while their view deck can accommodate 150.
